..seriously I am looking at it from the fiscal pov..here on one hand there is a supposed war on drugs..and on the other hand most states are running massive deficits..so they figure an easy stream of tax revenue..why not? I just dont appreciate the hipocrisy..
I could care less if people want to get stoned..they are getting stoned anyways
