At this point in time, heated front seats. I got the car in June this year so sort of looking forward to needing them in the winter!
I had worried that I would be regretting the £2k on Professional Navigation but I don't. For me, it all works really well and I love all the tech stuff that comes with it over and above the better navigation.
I would say on balance not to bother with the enhanced bluetooth USB thing (then £350). The only practicable thing it adds for me is the dock (which I use) but a cable would work just as well. It seems without it you get all the useful voice controls and I'm really not that bothered about album covers from the iPhone. I would have swapped that for VSS or put towards HUD.
Edit: Never knew about the dipping mirror so will try that later - thanks.
