I was extrapolating from dynos with whp to crank hp (since dynos don't show crank hp all anyone can do is guess) using 15% drivetrain loss to make an comparison since I'm presuming the vendor you showed is doing the same.
No way they're making near 400 whp with just a tune without blowing something up.
The DP + Stage 2 JB4 numbers are in the 355whp range, with meth it's around 370whp.
