U.S. base model with comfort access.
The system worked fine when I first started the car, but after driving for a few minutes, my satellite radio shut off completely and the No Signal message appeared on the screen. Then the system kept rebooting, even when I muted the volume and shut off the screen. Each time, the radio would play for a few minutes, then the no signal message would appear for a couple seconds, followed by a black screen for a couple seconds, the BMW logo screen, and then the Accept screen.
I remembered the method discussed on here to reboot the iDrive system, but holding down the volume button had no effect.
I haven't driven the car since, so we will see if it was just a fluke.
The only thing I did differently was I unlocked the car with the remote button rather than just touching the door handle. Not sure if that triggered this problem.
