I might have to upgrade the E-sys as well, maybe that helps, as your CAFD file name is slightly different too.

A new E-Sys won't change anything. Either your CAFD has the FDL entry (or similar) or it doesn't. Flashing FEM_BODY though with new firmware could produce a new CAFD with the FDL entry.
