1) Coupe wheelbase and overall length are always shorter than their sedan counterpart.The 4 coupe will therefore start off shorter than the F30 sedan. The 4GC will have a longer wheelbase and overall lengh than the 4 coupe but should still be within the proportions of the F30, though a bit wider. where you'll most likely lose in space is head room in the back.
2) Again not interested in the 5 unless they give it coupe styling and make is shorter, which they won't
3)A fully loaded 435GC will exceed a base 5, yes. But the price will be lower than a fully loaded 535i in comparison is what I was getting at.
At the end of the day the 4GC is nothing more than a F30 with a wider stance and lower roofline. And that my friend is more appealing to me than a 5 series will ever be
