I am currently looking at 330d M Sport Touring as well. Yesterday I drove a model without the adaptive and today I drove it with. You can definitely feel the difference between the adaptive settings and I would go for it personally. That said, I didn't think the M Sport yesterday on standard suspension was a bad drive, I just like the idea of firming things up on a nice B road for a more taut drive. Both cars were X Drive too by the way.
