I installed this downpipe on my 440i with stock exhaust and midpipe about 2 weeks ago. Cold starts are much louder with more crackles and pops on downshifts. Overall sound is about 30% louder than stock. Performance wise I have noticed that it does pull harder. Absolutely no regrets with this downpipe!
