I think they should? I run 15mm on the rear with stock 20x8.5 wheels and 255 wide tires. No issues at all. I would go 15 in the back and you will have no fitment issues for sure.
I'm actually gonna go to 18mm back and 12mm front later tonight. Lol. Should be good too.
