If you already have an M-Sport/Sport, then all you have to upgrade are the springs & struts. The M-sport and Sport models include the f & r roll bars.

The M Performance springs currently don't have any part #s.

For 328i/335i Base, Luxury, and Modern:
You need the Strut Kit = 33502320981 - http://www.bmwpartspros.com/partloca...subcat3=193424 $1500 list, online for $1100-1200
You need the Spring kit = NA, Approx $600-800
You need the M SPORT Front and Rear Anti Roll Bars= F- 31356792125 & R- 33556853474 (328i part#s only, but 335i are listed with the same part #, which is incorrect; need to find out from dealer what the correct part #s for the 335i are), Approx $200-300

FOR 328i/335i M-SPORT/SPORT owners:
You need the Strut Kit = 33502320981 - http://www.bmwpartspros.com/partloca...subcat3=193424 $1500 list, online for $1100-1200
You need the Spring Kit = NA, Approx $600-800

Note: The part #s for the 328i & 335i may be different for the roll bars & springs.
Here are the part numbers banana...
