Not sure what average is for e9x's
for f30
lowered cars for 19" wheels : 19 x 8.5 et 30-35 for fronts
19 x 9.5 et 35-40 for rear
There are a few more aggressive offsets on the forums, but they have to be rubbing with passengers in the back.
