You're wrong my friend. Canadian cars (for the most part) are Germany builds. Same line. I agree that it makes no sense ... but they are 100% going to be using different parts (old Nav) on the same assembly line. Canadian MY2013 started in August ... and Canada did not want to introduce a model change update mid-year.. hence why it will NOT be included in November, and likley won't be included on the F30 until MY2014 (August 2013).

Europe on the other hand does not begin MY2013 until November, hence why it is being introduced at that time.

Each market can dictate when they want to introduce its enhancements to their lines.
