Roads in Russia are really bad. Some of them look like there was a war yesterday with air bombing and tanks.
But, as the saying goes, "what russian does not love to drive fast?". Besides comfort, we love fast and hard driving and agressive car look.
I don't know about F30 Sport, but E9x with M-pack was quite popular in Russia. Kaliningrad's BMW plant even launched 325i M Sport Limited Edition with fixed set of options for Russian market.
