It's not as much as non staggered tires as you can fully rotate that type.

I had a great experience with my 135i's staggered setup.
The tries did develop a wear pattern tread noise a bit over half their life span, so I flipped them left to right and the noise decreased greatly.
Performance remained great and the tires wore evenly across the tread.
They were non directional Conti DWS. The DWS do have a tread that looks directional but TireRack said they will work just fine flipped and they did.

I have the DWS on my 335i Msport staggered setup.
How do you like the dws? Performance wise? How many miles did you get out of them on your 135?

I'm thinking about trying them when my PSS wear out. Seems like one of the only affordable tires I can find in 285/30/19
