I use optimum meal polish. They say you can use 000 steel wool with it but I haven't had to. I just wipe it on with a cloth, let it dry and buff it with microfiber. Looks great. Any black that builds up on it will wipe off easily now. I reapply the metal polish every month or 2. Takes 2 minutes and looks great.
