Safest bet. Your Dinan won't transfer as I believe it's VIN based. Most of the other mods would work theoretically, but the big issue is mounting points. Kind of like motorcycle exhausts.... Companies reuse the same can with different mounting kits and mid-pipes to match things up to the application. I doubt anything except your wheels/tires will bolt up to the new car.
