Dyno gains will vary by octane used, dyno conditions like weather & elevation, fans used, etc. It looks like you were switching around maps a lot between runs which will also affect the results as each map requires a certain amount of adaption to work properly. Without
detailed logs there is no way to know why you made more or less than you could have made under different conditions.
Also, peak numbers are only part of the start. You need to look at overall power gained under the curve.
