Did u opt for the more expensive BT system? If not then there's no provision for the baseplate. The basic BT+USB doesn't support album covers, u'll need the more expensive version for that.
For the extra power sockets & boot net, u'll need the storage package. Judging by ur fotos ur car wasn't equipped with this (i.e. no nets behind the front seats).
Compass is US spec only.
The "chirping" sound is disabled for a number of markets for a few yrs already, maybe it can be coded to enable the sound.
