Part numbers for radio professional headunit, difference only being in the option codes listed:
No hands free or usb or combox: 65 12 9 270 369
6NH (BT+usb, no combox): 65 12 9 270 370
6NK/NL (combox media/telematics): 65 12 9 270 369
It looks like if combox is present then either the hardware for bt/usb doesn't exist within the headunit or it's software disabled.
