I called the service manager and left a message as well as emailed him these pics. I will let you know how they respond.
BMW ownership is not seeming so great right now but I'm hoping they come through with the service.

You can send an email to BMW Canada, and they will contact your dealer to take some photos when you bring in your car.
IMHO, your seat frames must be replaced....
