To your point TrueBlue12, it's annoying that ASS switches on (I don't mean activates) after switching it off but then flick back into EcoPro. I get the rationale (Eco-Pro = most fuel efficient setting) but nonetheless, annoying!
Coming to a stop at traffic lights I realised ASS was about to activate (even though I'd switched it off when I started my journey) so hurriedly reached for the ASS button - I hit the engine start/stop instead and of course the engine died whilst I was still slowing. From my seating position I can't see the two buttons. The brakes and steering still functioned enough to remain in control (though I assume they both need the engine to work normally).
