That's bad info, even if you delete them they still exist in the history memory and the dealer can will see them if you make any drivetrain warranty claim. Also I can promise you it's very viewable in the FASTA data.

Don't get a piggyback and think the dealer can't tell for a warranty claim. They won't go in depth for other warranty claims to notice but if you have a drivetrain issue they will know.
