Allows you to adjust the suspension, which also means in Sport mode it is stiffer than the passive M that comes with the sport line standard. More to it than that but bottom line is that is the option for stiffest factory suspension, Adaptive M suspension in sport mode.
Yes but the adaptive lags behind how the passive responds to bumps. If you want to mess with soft vs. sport get the adaptive. Otherwise just the passive Sports.
