So after having chased my lease company for two days, trying to get a delivery date from them and confirm that my car did indeed arrive on Monday, I have finally got a response from them:

The dealership have just informed us that the time in getting the BMW’s to the supplying dealer has been delayed by a couple of weeks, however this could still come forward slightly. We will check again for you next week to see if there has been any improvement.
We apologise for this but unfortunately logistics are out of our control until the car has arrived at the dealership.

That's it. After waiting for over 3 months and getting many assurances that my car will definitely be arriving this week ... and after four emails from me this week asking where my car is I get a two line "fuck you".
Epic.
