I have adaptive suspension on mine. I prefer it in Sport mode mostly, but have to live with softened in Comfort mode, which is annoying. If I were to re-order, I would not choose adaptive suspension again. I would say F30 is softer than e90 M Sport.
Viz pack is a great option.
