You replace the brake pads/rotors and change the brake fluid, the calipers don't get replaced.

They are selling you the M Performance brake kit because it comes as a whole retrofit kit, you can buy the M-Sport blue brakes part by part and it will likely be less cost-effective once you add all the loose items..
