My experience was slightly different in that I had a refurb after kerbing a 442 alloy and was very happy with the result. This was done in April 2017, and all is well with it.

I went to BMW in Wolverhampton and they out sourced the refurb to JP Alloys, Cannock. BMW charged me £150. I could have got it done for just under £100 if I had gone direct, but BMW stored my car whilst it was done and provided a courtesy car.
