Okay so I added some more items on the spreadsheet. Can anyone verify all my calculations and point out any mistakes I've made?
I calculated the MSD's at the monthly payment rounded up to the nearest $50, is this correct?
I read somewhere that NY doesn't allow MSD's, only 1 up to $750, is this correct as well?
In regards to the taxes, am I doing it right? Rolling them into my monthly's? Or should I edit the sheet.
Thanks again guys for all the help so far. Hopefully we can all get a complete sheet and I can post it for everyone.
