Try playing around with the top torx screws being loose if it's misaligned. Find the right spot and then tighten. If problem persists something isn't aligned correctly.

I thought about it and it seems the only other thing that dictates the position of that top edge is the headlights, given that tab that the bumper slots into. I loosened the headlight housing and found a fair amount of available upward motion, so I took up all that slack and tightened them about as high as I could. That definitely fixed my problem. |
