I had a 330d for a four day test a few weeks ago - and based on my dissatisfaction with the tyre noise (which was a very personal thing and may have been down to the brand) then drove a 320ed to see if the tyres were silent or not. Anyway, I was rather underwhelmed by four cylinders and then decided a 320d is not for me.
