I use a MacBook Pro with 10.8 and VMware Fusion and Windows 7 x86. Works like a charm. Super reliable, never had a crash or an issue connecting to my car.
Tip: disable 3D acceleration in VMware as E-Sys seems to use a lot of Java and is not compatible with the acceleration.
