I am in the same proverbial boat as my vehicle is already on a vessel going to the US-West Coast. Ordered my 2013 335i xDrive Sport Line without ZDH Dynamic Handling Package without the benefit of knowing at the order time that 704 Sport Suspension will be deleted from the build. Learned the details after my own research.
BMW product specialist confirmed that ZDH Dynamic Handling Package cannot be installed at the VPC.
