I searched the internet high and low and got lucky on auto trader.com. Found a 2012 leftover at a BMW dealer with 0 miles on the clock. Dealer was sitting with it because it was RWD in the upstate NY area where they get a lot of snow. Got over 11k off MSRP for a fully loaded 58k car. The deals are there if you look. I was in no rush since my 07 335 only had 50k on the clock and was in pristine condition. I went in with the attitude of make it worth my time otherwise I'll move on. Auctions can be a gamble and I would be sure that all factory warranties still apply. They tend to run the buy back cars through the auctions.
