The Shop Foreman is involved in "tweaking" the window adjustments after replacing the window guides. He was not satisfied with the result after replacing the window guides. Sounds like a tedious process, and one requiring a lot of patience from the customer (i.e. me).
I am hoping to be able to test it this afternoon and will provide as much detail on the fix as is made available.
