Still awaiting my F30 but dealer invited me to drive the 335 they just got in (Sport w/18 inch) and they were the Goodyears. I was amazed by the handling and thought they rode fine, huge improvement over the Continentals that came on my E90. What you said about the tire insurance makes sense though....gotta be expensive and I want to use them on long road trips and use TBD wheels/tires for everyday (as soon as I find the optimum fitment).
