Hi all, so I purchased the red/black handbrake grip for the sport line and tried installing it yesterday. The stock grip popped off pretty easily and the new sport line grip slipped on pretty easily as well. The issue I am having is reattaching the leather bag to the actual grip. I understand there may be some kind of plastic tie that is supposed to be used to attach the bag and this is to be done while the bag is inside out? I actually didn't notice any plastic tie when popping off the stock grip so I'm not really certain and am anxiously looking for some advice as the bag is not attached properly right now and it's driving me nuts. I know there is a DIY section here and I have posted this question there as well but didn't get any responses on that post so I was hoping this would get seen by more folks here and perhaps someone would have some experience with this and be able to help out. I would appreciate any assistance I can get with this. Thanks in advance.
