I find the AC in my '13 F30 no different than my '09 E90 or '07 E90 rides. I think it's better than the AC in other car brands in the family (MB, GM, VW, Ford) for maintaining temperature in the car (including the back seats with the adjustment) as well as doing a bit of a better job of regulating driver side vs. passenger side temperature differences. I caught that example the other day when my side was set warmer and (unknowing to me) the passenger side was set very low. When I made a right turn all tha cool air from the passenger side shifted left and I noticed the difference. Pretty neat.
