Yesterday I got answer from my local dealer from Munich who said to have spoken with his part supplier from the factory. According to him, there will be a version for the adaptive. So if you have the adaptive and get the Performace, the electronic dampening will remain. What they will actually change (just springs, or more) he couldn't tell, though.
I guess only time will tell. For me, I will order the adaptive. When winter has passed, we will probably know all the details; if needed, I could then upgrade when changing for the summer setup.
