I went for EBT, I tried a non Nav car with my iPhone, no joy. Then I tried a business media car with no joy. What worked was a business media car with EBT. So, ordered a car with EBT with no Nav and crossed my fingers!

You get the combox if you have Pro Nav or Enhanced Bluetooth - so if you have either of these options you can just use the standard Apple/Phone Cable.
