I didn't try it before I installed the latest bluetooth update, so it may help get yours working. Only other suggestion after installing the update is to delete and re-pair your phone (I had some issues when I first got the car and re-paring helped). When I deleted the phone from the cars memory, I went into the phone and deleted the car so that I had a fresh start on both.
