We have lots of twisty roads here also. It's the driver that makes the difference.
I think that your evaluation-car suspension was quite similar to "Comfort" setting in Adaptive suspension.
I personally like the Adaptive suspension in Comfort+ mode (in Eco program). The car glides, supremely.
You know, the new Mercedes A class has a very ruff suspension; it drives like a go-cart...
