This is about the equivalent to doing 8-9 mph over the limit here in the states, right? I never see people getting tickets for going that little over the limit.

I will fix it, that is right, Kph, I believe I got the ticket when driving thru a tunnel as my car was doing its limit right before I get in to the tunnel at 130 Mph, :-), that is why I will not complaining about the $50 euros as it could a lot worst.
