Then we will have to get said SIB form (from someone on this forum) and bring it to our SA's in the hopes of convincing them that this is what is wrong with our cars and it's not all in our heads.
Hope I don't sound too pessimistic about our potential outlook. Just seems like unless a code is logged or there are flames shooting out of our cars, we get told it is "normal behavior".  |
It might be logged in the ecu already, not sure if it goes in shadow memory but too many drive cycles can clear it. Personally I'm waiting for it to happen consistently before I let them take a swing at my new car. Rather not go in if I don't have to. I've driven the car about 10 times or so since the last fan incident and nothing yet. I wonder if it was a software glitch and maybe reset itself.
