Fortunately, dealer did not find about the mod.
I am not sure that malfunction is caused from stage 1 or coding(I did coding job at the similar time)
They said electrical valve vacuum(?) was somewhat wrong, and they replaced it. They had to let hybrid specialized electrician take look at what's going on with my car.
So, it was covered by warranty, but they reset everything I coded.
