Are there any folks on the board that have a 4 Series with 19" wheels that can answer these questions:
1. For those with 19" and run flats, talk about the ride quality
2. For those who switched to non run flats, talk about the ride quality
3. Suppose I bought this car and swapped out the 19" for 18" wheels. Will 18" wheels fit over the blue M-performance brakes?
Hey mate
I've owned a 2013 435i with adaptive suspension and m sport brakes for 4 years and I can answer a couple of your questions.
1) run flats are crap. Makes hitting a pothole feel like your wheel explodes. Less than average grip and harsh ride quality.
2) swapped out to Michelin pilot super sports and Michelin pilot sport 4S, the difference is night and day. Ride quality is supple, grip is phenomenal in both dry and wet and I get 30,000-35,000kms out of a set.
3) haven't tried 18" rims.

All the best
