18” rims and tires will work and if your swapping go for non run flats. Not all 18” wheels will clear so you need to be cautious.
If you are going to that trouble frankly I would do as others suggest and just swap to non runflats on your stock wheels.
I am ordering Michelin ps4 s for mine to replace the stock Bridgestone runflats
