i just spoke with the tire dealer i normally use and ordered these.

he said i don't want to get smaller wheels because the car's electronic systems (abs, traction control) have been calibrated for the stock wheel size and if you go smaller, the higher wheel revolutions that would result might throw the car's systems off. he also said you dont want studless tires because the speed rating is so low. as a result, i went with performance winter tires to be mounted on my stock wheels
