Mine is crashing during phone calls (drops bluetooth and whilst trying to turn bluetooth on/off it reboots) and has also randomly rebooted by itself

I updated it via USB recently
Is the idrive version different to this and is it fixed if I go through the painful experience of taking to a dealer?
