They will charge you if coverage was in force....whether you used it or not.
I understand that, every insurance company does.. But what i'm saying is technically I wasn't on the plan due to their incompetent reps. So why do I have to pay all extra cash for services I wasn't even officially covered for...
Well, there is this little thing in liability insurance called a "tail."
