I just purchased and installed this one last night. Bit different than the others, with the actual unit being a seperate box attached to the screen. My original stereo is a 6.5" CIC no nav system.
One standout I noticed is that it has a lot of expandability. 3 SD slots and 3 USB's and at least 3 AV inputs/outputs.

Havent had a lot of time to play with it yet, but so far it seems to work pretty well. Everything was plug and play to install, audio is through AUX, but I didnt have to run a cable or anything, so that's nice. There are no instructions at all and most cables are labeled in Chinese. Sound quality is the same as the car side. The original car interface is stretched to fit the screen and looks kinda iffy, but not bad. Doesnt seem to do any split screening.
I dont have the rear camera hooked up yet and I dont know the 'factory options' password, so I cant check anything there yet. But I can answer questions if anyone is curious.
